Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags still attached, and in resale-ready condition.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for items that have been worn,
used, or altered.

1. Put it on — Wrap the adjustable belt around your waist or hips and buckle it securely at the back. Position the ergonomic wide bucket seat comfortably on your hip (it sits high and snug for best weight distribution).
2. Position your toddler — Sit your child on the padded bucket seat. Their legs should straddle the seat naturally in a comfortable M-position (knees slightly higher than bottom) for healthy hip development.
3. Secure with the sling wrap — Cross the soft fabric strap over your shoulder and across your body, then adjust for a snug, supportive fit. Use the two-position design for either hip carry or front carry as needed.
